We charge $95 an hour for the first hour of on-site work (work done at your location), and $65 per additional hour(s). Hourly price is calculated by quarter hour, with a one hour minimum. Emergency services are billed at the rate of $125 per hour if we can assist you in less than 4 hours. If we cannot get a technician there before then for urgent issues, we only charge the standard rates.

*There is no diagnosis fee, but there is a one hour minimum charge for services if a technician visits your location.

This offer is only for Houston area customers. Travel outside this area can be arranged, but would include a trip charge based on mileage.
